Warren Nutrition Staff Spotlight: Nicole Busch






1. What do you consider the most beneficial things you do for your total well being?
 
Personal well being is very important to leading a healthy life so somethings I do to maintain that would be taking time to do things for myself that keep me feeling productive and stress free such as hiking, biking, reading, writting, and being outdoors.
 
2. Do you consider yourself healthy?
 
I definitley consider myself a healthy person, and I'm always striving to be better.
 
 
3. What do you do for a living and what do you do to live?
 
I currently am I full time student and work part time at Warren Nutrition.
 
 
4. What supplements do you take?
 
I take a good multivitamin, along with a variety of Enzymedica's products.
 
5. What is your favorite healthy and unhealthy meals and why?
 
My favorite healthy meals is an endless list. I love raw foods, raw prepared recipies, healthy cooked meals, sushi, etc. My favorite unhealthy foods would definitley be my love for pizza & chocolate chip cookies :)
 
6. How do you exercise and what is your favorite kind?
 
My favorite way of exercising is doing outdoor activities, which Michigan offers a wide variety of. The gym gets boring and routine to me, and in my opinion when your doing activities such as swimming, climbing, hiking, biking, windsurfing, snowmobiling, dirtbiking, tubing, etc your working all kinds of different muscles in different ways.

7. What Part of working for Warren to you find most rewarding?
 
I'm going to school for nutrition, so I couldn't ask for a better job then to be surrounded by great people and learning about what I'm passionate about.

8. What is your background in Nutrition? 
 
I grew up in a very health oriented household, took classes in nutrition, and am currently attending school for a nutrition degree.

9. How long have you worked with Warren Nutrition? 
 
2 - 3 months

10. Where have you gained most of your knowledge?
 
By dealing with customers on a day to day basis, observing and listening when my manager gives advice to customers, and training seminars.
