The most benefited things I attribute to my health is a nutrient rich diet involving local fruits and veggies along with grass fed meats and eggs along with the addition of many cultured foods. I do my best to avoid unnecessary toxins such as pesticides, herbicide,food additives and processed food. I also take various whole food supplements to make up for nutritional defiencies in the soil.
I consider my self very healthy. I no longer suffer from any ailment, never catch cough of flu's and have a healthy body weight and a good complexion.
Along with working at warren I work independently as a nutritional councillor and a athletic trainer. I am now in the reserves and served 2 years active duty in the army.
For supplements I take a whole foods multi, flax and fish oil, chlorella, wheatgrass juice powder, additional B's,C, E and MSM. For athletic performance I take whey, cre aalkalin, d ribbose and DMG.
My favorite healthy meal is grass fed beef with steamed Brussels sprouts, broccoli over a bed of lettuce and peppers. My least favorite meals would be ALL fast food.
I race mountian bike and compete in judo. So I weight train, interval trail, and cardiovascular train.
The most rewarding part to warren to me is learning more and helping people nutritional and supplementary.
I formally worked at nutrition plus for a few years and also worked at the endurance fitness. I also went to blue herron and studied Holistic health, nutritional therapy and personal training.. much of my knowledge has come from my own research.
I've worked with warren for 4 months now.
